This has got to be one of the scariest mini movies I have ever done and still cant explain
It was set in an abandoned garage in Liverpool , England and it was done in December early hours of the morning in freezing cold conditions. ~ but on a calm night - no wind, rain or snow
Rational thinking suggest it could be moths, dust or wind blowing fragments around but due to the time of the year, cold conditions and lack of wind or insects its still a complete mystery and hitherto unexplained
BEFORE THIS we actually DONE a shoot here! - if it was not for the copious amounts of Scotch we both had to drink I doubt if we would have braved the elements at all - but with a Xmas hangover you do silly and crazy things but all creative fun and it was a do or dare thing - dare you to go to that garage at this time in the morning!
The girl in the Picture is one of the models Cats Eyes - you will notice a ladder in the background. One hour prior to this - she was tied up on this contraption! She is a crazy easy going and do anything type of women ~ never phased out by anything. On this occasion however she felt uncomfortable and was constantly looking to the wall as if something was there - the garage was pitch black and only the light from the Camcorder illuminated the mini movie - that was the way it was planned to look - convincing and scary. We scuttled off and she was convinced something was on the movie - and she was so right!
WITH more Dutch courage and after evaluating footage - with only a torch as company - we decided to go back to do just do a quick shoot to see if we could capture anything more - we did, and the results are below
The full shoot is still in our members pages and apologies to the lack of DVD quality footage - it was done 5 years ago so the technology and compression of movies was as good as it could get. VIEW THE MINI MOVIE SMALL SIZE - THE ORIGINAL SIZE NOT FULL SCREEN. Keep a look out for Cats Eyes looking to the wall in the background - she senses something behind her. LOOK CLOSELY - IT LOOKS LIKE ITS SNOWING FROM THE WALL and you will also see 2 Orbs flashing past a red Car. The MORE you look the more you see -100s!!!
She then enters a pit and gets totally freaked out by something - we had to terminate the proceedings fast!
For the record we done some research relating to the location and the premises ~ apparently it was used in the 1800s when the District of Bootle, Liverpool was notorious for the Shipping slave trade industry - and you will notice the wall behind is original and formed part of one such warehouse way back then
